• Masters Dissertation

Audit Committees in a European Context, a study of UK, German and French companies.

This is my Final Year Dissertation for my MSc in Management that I completed.
Submitted the 11th of September 2006.

The main goal of the research is to chart the similarities and differences, evolution and possible direction of audit committees across four regions/countries.

The immediate benefit will be the comparative analysis of audit committees across borders, both in terms of functionality and effectiveness. It will have the further benefit of positioning audit committees in context with different board structures and approaches to company controls.
