  • Don't fly without a helmet

    • Life is too important to loose for a stupid lack.
       

  • Use only certified E.N. 966 helmets

    • The European certification E.N. 966 has been made expressly for our flying sport.
    • All our helmets are built according to their severe construction rules.
    • Don't trust a helmet that doesn't has the label E.N. 966.

  • We recommend to fly only with integral helmets

    • they give you the best protection

  • Never modify your helmet in any way

    • it could reduce your protection
       

  • Never wear a headset under the helmet

  • your skull is not protected anymore !
     

  • Check that the clasp is fixed properly

    •

  • If you put the helmet in your backpack, don't sit on it

  • Handle the helmet and the visor always with care

  • Don't let the helmet fall on the ground

  • After an accident, even if the impact was minor, the helmet should be replaced,
    regardless of whether there is visible damage or not.

    On the 21/12/06 we received this mail from Nader Couri:

    Gianni
    This is a story of a friend of mine that had an accident this week. He hit on a fence and was saved because we was wearing the Icaros integral helmet. He had a long surgery on his face. On his description he said that the only reason he's still alive is because of the helmet. There is also a picture of the helmet.
