The “salad bowl” has “grown
up”
We liked the witty nick
name “salad bowl”, which Davis Straub gave to our competition helmet.
And now we are happy to announce that after one year of sales, we see that
our salad bowl is having a big success, many pilots like this helmet.
For this reason we decided
to make a real protective 4-fight helmet with our usual European
certification E.N. 966 (the certification for the free flight
helmets and the UL helmets).
It has been a lot of work
and not easy but we are convinced that it was worth doing it.
This helmet has been
carried out by our “Art Director“ Ignazio Bernardi together with the best
helmet designer in the world. His name is TOP secret, and therefore we
call him the “Pininfarina” of the helmets. (For those who do not know, Mr.
Pininfarina is the man who has designed the most beautiful Ferraris).
Our “Pininfarina” has
designed a lot of helmets amongst which also the helmet of Valentino Rossi
(the undisputed Italian motorcycle champion), Max Biaggi (another motorcycle
champion), Michael Schumacher.
50% of the helmets used by the Formula 1 pilots have been designed by this
man.
The new 4fight integral
will be presented mid March at the Free flight exhibition, the most
important fair of free flight in Germany.
The deliveries will start
right after the exhibition.
It is also foreseen to make
a JET model, without chin protection (but with E.N. 966 certification). |
