The Design
Designed by Ignazio Bernardi, with the technical consultancy from
the greatest Italian helmet developer.
After many years of success of the free flight helmet "4fight" we have introduced
the model for the skydivers.
The advantage, compared to a normal skydive helmets, is the polystyrene inside the shell that gives you
much more protection.
This is very helpful in case of a collision at the high speeds with another skydiver. |

Fiber glass shell and polystyrene
The 4fight Skydive helmet is built using the same technology as in military applications,
including high-modulus glass fibre and high-density polystyrol to guarantee
the highest possible standards of safety. |

Visor
The long visor gives you great visibility both open and closed.
It can be easily locked onto the shell, thus avoiding that it opens at high velocities.
The visor is equally easily unlocked and raised with one hand.
Moreover the strong visor helps to protect the face like an integral helmet.

Miniskirt
The Miniskirt avoids that the air flow can enter from the under side of the helmet
and create annoying turbolences between the eyes and the visor.
It is made of a very tecnical and impermeabile fabric fixed on the lower part of the shell.

The size of a helmet is always described by the inner circumference of the internal padding.
The size number therefore corresponds to the head circumference in centimetres.

Interchangeable internal padding
This helmet has internal padding that can be replaced by larger
or smaller padding pieces, thus varying the helmet size.
You just choose your own size of ICARO tailored inner helmet lining
for a safe, perfectly comfortable head fit….
It can be changed in moments in case a different size is needed.
If the helmet is not a perfect fit, we send a new padding free
of charge, independently from where you bought the helmet.
The important advantage: you can easily remove the padding
and replace it with a new one or just wash it.

Certification E.N. 966
The 4fight has been tested by the italian laboratory CSI a company authorized by the Italian Ministry of Transport
and recognized by the German TUV.
All our helmets are designed especially for free flight and micro light pilots, in accordance with the European standards (EN 966).
Our helmets were designed and built specifically to be as light as possible.
However they optimize safety for hang glider, paraglider and micro light pilots, as shown by the information above.

Weight
Gr. 840 The weight of a helmet has a tolerance of +/-
gr. 50 due to the glue applied and to the thickness of the fiber glass layers.
